The Support Programme for Solidarity Educational Institutions "Service-Learning in the Arts" accompanies schools and higher education institutions in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Peru, offering training to educators, principals, CSO leaders, civil servants linked to education and students involved in service-learning and arts education projects.
Since 2017, we have trained more than 2900 people (including authorities, educators and students) and accompanied 33 institutions in Argentina, Brazil and Colombia that were trained in Service-Learning in the Arts and improved and/or developed their projects.
Since its implementation, one of the objectives of the Programme has been to produce evidence and experiences on how to promote service-learning as part of Arts Education in the formal education system. In CLAYSS, we have worked closely with Argentine educational institutions that develop service-learning in the Arts projects and have witnessed the social impact they provide, improving their communities.
The Programme begins its fourth year in 2022, accompanying 15 educational institutions in Argentina, 4 in Brazil and Colombia and 3 in Peru.
